GENERAL RULES

The accommodation consists of two accommodations that are not shared with each other, nothing more than the access gate and the path down to the house, but the facilities are for independent use for each accommodation and maintain privacy between them.
The deposit will be returned in the same form of payment, up to a maximum of 7 days after departure from the accommodation if everything is normal.
CANCELLATIONS. Reservations may be canceled at no cost with a refund of the amount paid up to 30 days before the start of the stay and from then on no refund is accepted, although if covered with a similar reservation a refund would be accepted.
MODIFICATION OF THE RESERVATION. Reservation dates can be modified as long as notice is given more than 20 days prior to arrival date. If the new date corresponds to a different season than the initial reservation, the difference will be adjusted with the corresponding supplement and conditions. Modified reservations cannot be cancelled.
It is prohibited to accommodate a greater number of people than agreed upon when making the reservation.
Parties or visits are not allowed and please bear in mind that there may be other guests in the adjacent accommodation, so the rules of coexistence must be respected and mutual privacy must be safeguarded.
Smoking is completely prohibited in the interior area of the accommodation. If this rule is not respected, the deposit will not be returned.
Keep the volume low from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
The check-in time at the accommodation is from 5:00 p.m. and the check-out time is until 12:00 p.m., which must be respected since if the time dedicated to preparing the accommodation is reduced, it may not be possible. can be properly conditioned and the following guests are harmed. In addition, the cleaning staff enters the accommodation at 12:10 p.m. to carry out their work.
The sofa bed will be available as a bed only for reservations of more than two guests.
Upon departure, the guest must leave the accommodation in a considerable state, tidy and tidy, as well as leave the refrigerator empty and take their trash.
In the event that guests voluntarily leave the accommodation for any reason or circumstance before the end of the agreed departure dates, the accommodation is exempt from any type of refund for this concept.
The owner of the accommodation has the right to carry out a final inspection if required.
During your stay you are responsible for everything in the home, inside and outside it, as well as towels and bed linen. For this reason, it is very important that you use it responsibly to prevent it from being damaged.
In the event of damage or theft of any object from the accommodation due to the fault or negligence of the guest (both the person making the reservation and the guests staying in the accommodation) it will be subtracted from the deposit and if the damages and/or losses suffered in accommodation are greater than the amount paid as a deposit, the guest must pay the rest until the damage is corrected and it may be deducted from the credit card used to collect the deposit. Breakages, losses and/or damages must be reported immediately. Loss of keys or controls, if any, will have an additional cost of 100 euros.
The outdoor stove of the apartment with outdoor jacuzzi can only and exclusively be used with pellets, never with any other type of fuel. For its use, the guest must provide it along with the necessary items, such as matches and lighting tablets.
The stove cannot be moved from its original place due to the danger it may cause if it falls or hits something. If the stove is still manipulated, transported or the instructions for use are not followed and an incident occurs, the guest is responsible for what happened at all times.
The accommodation does not have air conditioning, or firewood, or pellets.
The heating is out of service in summer.
It is important that the guest is aware that they are going to stay in a home that is susceptible, as in all cases, to breakdowns or problems that are sometimes not controllable and require specific intervention. These incidents are in many cases impossible to foresee, such as problems with burst pipes, failures in water heaters, breakdowns in the Spa, etc….so we ask for maximum collaboration and consideration since from our side we will put all our efforts into solve it in the most effective and immediate way possible.
We must remind and warn them that the resolution of incidents cannot always be carried out in the most immediate way since in some cases a technician is required and a period of time that does not depend on us and is completely beyond our control. . The accommodation will not provide refunds or compensation in the event of breakdowns during the stay that do not involve a health risk or require vacating the accommodation.
The accommodation reserves the right to cancel the reservation in cases where, for some reason such as breakdowns, etc…. it is not possible to maintain the appropriate conditions.
The maintenance of the Spa and the garden is carried out according to the needs and weather, warning that they will be carried out in advance to adapt to the schedules of our clients as far as possible.
We also want to inform you of the existence of animals that graze freely on the accommodation property in a fenced area and cats that live around the house and we strongly ask that you do not give them food and in the case of cats do not encourage them to stay since They can be annoying.
DOMESTIC ANIMALS.
One pet is accepted with prior authorization. Cats are not allowed. The person responsible for the pet will be responsible for the animal and its actions at all times, so if any damage occurs such as breaks due to bites, holes in the garden soil, etc. or any incident that damages something, they will have to pay the fee. amount of the repair or extraordinary expense that could arise being deducted or paid in full.
Keep the garden door always closed to prevent pets from wandering uncontrollably through other areas and causing conflicts. Do not leave animals alone in the accommodation.
It is prohibited to introduce the animal into personal hygiene areas such as sinks and showers, as well as putting them on sofas, beds and seats, even if there are covers on them. Please respect this advice because it is difficult to get things ready in time for other guests.
JACUZZI
Do not use the jacuzzi for more than 2/3 hours continuously as the pumps could overheat and could be damaged. Furthermore, after each use, it is necessary to leave it covered to avoid possible operating problems that may occur if it is left open. Never leave it heating without covering.
The sessions recommended by therapists are 90 minutes so it is important to keep this in mind.
The jacuzzi will be out of service at night from 00.00/00.30 until 08.00.
The cover of the outdoor jacuzzi should not be left on the ground as it can damage both the quality of the water and the pumps. For this reason, there is a bench available to support it.
It is advisable to cover the indoor jacuzzi with protection after use, to avoid condensation and evaporation.
Eating, drinking, or smoking is prohibited inside the jacuzzi.
It is not a place for cleaning, but you must enter clean without traces of soaps or creams, or traces of beach sand, as well as not using any type of products such as bath salts.
Do not introduce animals or objects.
Inform us quickly if any malfunction is observed so that we can solve it.
Remember that failure to comply with these rules means that it will stop working, that breakdowns may occur, or that it may even break down indefinitely, meaning that you will not be able to use it.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES IN THE EVENT THAT ANY DAMAGE IS CAUSED WILL LEAD TO THE LOSS OF THE DEPOSIT OR IF IT IS HIGHER, THE COST OF THE DAMAGE, UP TO COVERING THE DAMAGES CAUSED.
